triple berry smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup calcium fortified OJ1/2 non-fat plain or flavored yogurt1/2 banana1/2 cup of frozen berries1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder1-1/2 tb smooth peanut butter
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend to desired thickness. Makes roughly 16 oz. add water if too thick.
