PlaceMustardSaltPepperBrothherbshallotgarliclemon juicedrizzle in oil while blender running
Place all ingrediants into blender, except for the olive oil. Blend on high speed until the onion, garlic and herbs are liquidfied.
With blender running, pop top of blender up, and drizzle the olive oil into the blender.
If you prefer a thicker/thin dressing, adjust the amount of broth / oil till desired consistency.
Can be vegitarian by exchanging the chicken broth for vegatable broth.
