Ingredients
Vital wheat gluten, 1.5 cupsNutritional Yeast, 1/4 cupPaprika, 2 tspGarlic powder, 2 tspAllspice, 1/8 tspSalt, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, 1/4 tspPepper, red or cayenne, 1/4 tspPepper, black, 1 tspCumin - ground, 1/4 tspNewman's Own Herb & Roasted Garlic Marinade, 2 TbspTomato Paste, .25 cupExtra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce, 1 tbspWater, tap, 3/4 cup
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl. Mix together. Pour onto aluminum foil, wrap into a log 6-8 inches long. Put in 325 deg oven for 90 min, turning over halfway through.
