I added mashed banana and it was perfectly sweet without any sugar in it. I will make this often - 3/23/14

Added dried cranberries, raisins and almonds. Husband said it would have been better with the whipped cream. - 10/26/12

The 1st time I made this, I thought I forgot the sugar....then realized there's no sugar in the recipe! I added a 1/4 c of brown sugar, 1/2 c of chocolate chips, 2 regular eggs and 1% milk. Super tasty! And still in the lower 100's for calories! - 11/23/11

Very Good! I used 2 eggs and non-fat dry milk powder + water. Moist, a tad chewy, the cinnamon was perfect. I'll be making this one often!! - 12/16/10

I love this receipe. I add a half cup of dried chopped apricots or raisens. I usually double the receipe and send it with my husband for his breakfast on the go every morning. When I double the receipe I use 4 eggs and 3 cups of milk in place of the 2 cup egg whites and 2 cup milk. It turns out grea - 1/29/09
