buffalo chicken tenders

Ingredients
1.7 lbs of chicken1/2 cup flour divided2 eggs lightly beaten1/2 franks red hot saucespices to taste
Directions
Cut chicken in to one inch cubes approximately. Set up three bowls: 1 with 1/4 cup flour, 1 with 1/4 cup flour plus spices, and 1 with the eggs. Roll in flour, then eggs, then flour/spice mix. Spray baking pan with cooking spray. and place finished pieces in pan. Preheat oven to 350. Spray tops of chicken with the spray. Back for 10 mins and flip, spray and bake for another 10 mins. remove from oven, toss with franks red hot sauce. Put back in oven under the broiler for 5 or more minutes to dry the sauce some.
