Package McCormick Enchilada Seasoniing11/2 cup water8oz can tomato sauce2cups Cheddar cheese (Shredded)4 Tortillas1 lb. ground beef
brown ground beef
Mix seasoning according to the package.
Mix about a 1/2 cup sauce with the beef.
In 8x8 pan put a 1/2 cup of sauce on the bottom
Roll the meat and some cheese in the tortilla palce in pan seam side down. Pour left over sauce on top and top with leftover cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350
