White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

2 cups (32 tbsp) White Chocolate Morsels3 - 8 oz bricks of Nonfat Cream Cheese3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter (room temperature)2tsp fresh lemon rind
1. Beat the cream cheese until soft.
2. Melt the white chocolate and gradually beat it into the cream cheese.
3. Add the softened butter 2 tbsp at a time
4. Add the lemon rind and beat until the frosting reaches the desired texture
Makes approximately 35 2tbsp servings (or 4 1/4 cups) of frosting.
