Crockpot Pork Loin Roast

Ingredients
1.5 lb boneless pork roast1 can fat free chicken broth1/4 C Olive Oil1 medium onion, chopped4 cloves garlic, minced1 T Paprika1 T Garlic Powder1 T Poultry Seasoning1 t Oregano1 t basil1/2 T salt1/2 t black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients except chicken broth and spread over roast, patting it down on both sides. Place roast in crock pot and add the chicken broth. Cook on low heat 8-10 hours on low, or 4-6 hours on high. Add potatoes and carrots in the last 3 hours.

    I made this for dinner tonight and it turned out really good. My family seemed to really enjoy it. I didn't have olive oil in the house though and substituted canola oil and I didn't have paprika - but I put in Thyme and Rosemary instead. It turned out really flavorful and tender.     Ok I have never cooked a pork roast before and this recipe is easy and fabulous! I cooked this and it was tender and delicious! I added cream of chicken and mushroom soup and more spices for 4 hours on high. My son loved it! - 10/26/12
