Chai - Reduced Fat

Ingredients
1 cup of water, heated to just boiling.1 black tea bag4 cardamon pods crushed1" of a cinnamon stick1/2 inch piece of ginger sliced1 clove1 cup of 1% milk
Directions
Place all spices in a tea bag or steeping container. Add tea back and spices to water. Allow to tea to steep for 10 minutes and the spices for 20 minutes. I make multiple batches at one time and store in the refrigerator. Add milk right before drinking. Can easily be heated on stove with milk in it, but do not allow it to boil. 1 recipe makes a 16oz cup of chai.
