Simple chili -low cal

Ingredients
1 lb Extra Lean Ground BeefI can diced tomatoes1 can Red Kidney beans1 red bell pepper -diced1 green bell pepper - diced1 can beef broth1 clove garlic minced1 medium onion finely chopped2 stalks of celery diced4 tbsp chili peppersalt and pepper to taste1 can tomato paste0.5 can of corn (and liquid)1 jalapeno pepper cut in half and seeds removed1 cup of water
Directions
Brown ground beef

add all ingredients to slow cooker

cook on low for 8 hours

Salt and pepper to taste
