Kelly's Sirloin Steak Strips

1.5 lbs top sirloin steak-lean, raw3/4 tsp minced garlic4oz red wine4oz Swanson 100% fat free, 50% less Sodium Beef Broth1 1/2 tbs dijon mustard2 1/4 tbs chopped parsley
Cut steak into strips about 3/4 inch thick, and heat in large skillet using Pam spray. Saute steak on oth sides until done, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove meat, and add the garlic & wine to the pan, and poil until reduced by half, stirring well, and add the beef broth and mustard, stirring until blended. Boil until thick, ad add the parsley and return the meat to pan. Heat with the sause and serve.
