Juice - Cucumber Mint Cooler

Ingredients
2 medium cucumbers2 stalks celery1 small handful fresh mint, plus additional for garnish2 limes, outer peel cut away and discarded
Directions
1. Run all ingrediants through a juicer
2. Pour over ice and garnish with mint spigs

Cucumbers are hydrating and cooling, and a good diuretic. They help to flush wastes through the kidneys and dissolve uric acid accumulates such as kidney and bladder stones. Celery also contains a lot of natural sodium to help keep you hydrated.
