Fruit Cobbler Topping

Directions
1/4 cup butter1/2 cup sugar1 egg white1/2 cup flour1/4 cup quick oats1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Blend butter and sugar, add egg and mix well. Add flour, quick oats and baking powder and mix with pastry blender. Drop by spoonful over pie filling or fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
