Ingredients
8-10 large leaves kale, collards, swiss chard, or a combination4 pears or apples4-6 pitted prunes
Directions
Run all ingrediants through a juicer.

Some fruits like pears, apples, and prunes have high level or sorbitol, a naturally occuring, onondigestible form of sugar that pulls waters into the intestines. As an added bonus, prunes are also particularly high in iron.
