Chickpea And Tomato Salad

Ingredients
* *Chick Peas, 4 cup (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove) * Garlic, 3 cloves Finelt sliced * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped * Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp chopped fine * *Lemon Juice, 1.5 fl oz * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp * Pepper, black, .25 tsp freshly ground (I like the tri color pepper)
Directions
Mix all above ingredients together in a bowl. Let set for about 1/2 hours at room temp to allow the flavors to blend together.
Serving is roughly about 1 cup each.
