Candied Fruit Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients
4 cups cranberries2 cups packed brown sugar1 medium apple, peeled and chopped3/4 cup white vinegar3/4 cup chopped mixed candied fruit1/2 tea ground ginger1/4 tea ground allspice14 tea ground mustard1/8 - 1/4 tea ground cloves
Directions
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to Boil. Reduce hear, simmer, uncovered 20-25 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Cool. Yield 5 cups.
1 cup + 16 tablespoons. 5 X 16 = 80
