Dannny's Chicken Veggie Soup

Ingredients
5 (14.5 oz) cans mixed veggies1 ( 14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes1 (6 oz) can tomato paste1 (10.3/4 oz) tomato soup42 oz water16 oz boneless/skinless chicken breast
Directions
Place chicken breast in baking dish and add 1/2 cup water in bottom of dish. Cover dish with foil and bake on 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. After chicken is done, dice chicken into bite size pieces and place in a soup pot. Add all other ingredients and bring to a slow boil. Cover pot with lid and reduce heat to low and cook for 2- 3 hours .
Makes 16 1 cup servings.
