1 pound of dry great northern beans, soaked overnight1 pound turkey ham3 large stalks celery3 dry bay leaves2 t. salt (you might want to check it for taste later in the day)Water to cover.
Make sure if you're using dry beans, you soak them overnight. In the morning, chop your celery and ham and throw everything in your crock pot. Add water to cover it, and cook it on low until dinner time. Makes about 8 generous servings, and it's great for lunch the next day!
