Ingredients
1 slice of bread, 1 egg, butter, salt
Directions
for 1 serving: put some butter onto both sides of the piece of bread put the bread into the frying pan when the side down turns golden brown flip it over. once you have flipped the bread over cut a round hole about an inch wide in the center of the bread and take the piece of bread out of the middle. then crack the egg open on the side of the pan and put the egg in the hole in the bread. when the other side of the bread is golden brown then flip the whole thing over so that the egg is on the bottom. when the egg is done cooking put some salt on it and serve.
