Easy Americanized Thai Chicken

5 chicken breasts or 15 tenderloins (approx)1 cup peanut butter (plain or chunky)2 tbsp. fresh grated ginger3 tbsp. soy sauce1/4 cup lime juice1 24 oz. jar of Salsa (heat is up to you - we prefer medium or hot)If you prefer your thai sauce to not be so spicy - you can cut back on the ginger and use a mild salsa - delish!
Put all ingredients into pan or crockpot -
If cooking in stove - Use 9 x 13 dish - cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours. Stir sauce together and serve.
If cooking in crockpot - Cook on low for 6 hours - stir sauce together and serve!
