8 wheat thins , 4Twholewheatflour 4T bran flakes 2t paprika 1/8t black pepper 1/2t garlic powder
Directions
add all dry ingredience in processor, whirl till blended, marinade legs in 1/3Cbuttermilk w/hot sauce about 1T, add 1/8t garlic powder, 1/4t oregano, 2hrs or over night, drain legs. shake in dry ingredience. spray w/pam. bake on sheet w/small cookie rack, for crispness.
