Ingredients
Ingredients:Plantains very yellow , 1 cup slices (remove)Egg, fresh, 4 cup (4.86 large eggs) (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped (remove)Turkey Ham, .50 package (8 oz) (remove)spices, salt, pepper
Directions
Add oil to pan and let heat, add Plantain slicesand all other ingredients except eggs and let brown. When plantain has lightly browned and vegetables are limp.add scrambled eggs to mixture and add spices. let eggs set and remove from heat. serve
