Ingredients
6 cups chicken broth2 packages button mushrooms1 package portabello mushrooms3 tbs butter/margarineseasoning to taste (onions, etc.)3 cups milk
Directions
set broth to cook in big pot
chop mushrooms
saute 1 package button & 1 package portabello mushrooms in butter & a bit of the broth
add mushrooms to broth & put in blender to make smooth
saute 1 package button mushroom & add that to the soup
add the milk
season to taste
