"Skinny" Apple Cobbler Cake

Ingredients
3/4 cup cooking oil1 1/2 cups natural unsweetened applesauce1 3/4 cups granulated sugar1/4 cup Splenda3 large eggs2 tsp vanilla3 cups all purpose flour1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda3/4 cup chopped pecans3 cups chopped apples1 cup packed brown sugar1 stick Parkay margarine1/4 cup milk
Directions
Mix 1st 4 ingredients together, then add flour, salt & soda. Fold in chopped pecans and apples. Pour into well greased and floured tube or bundt pan.
Bake 1 hr 10 min in preheated 350 oven.

MIx brown sugar, Parkay and milk. Boil 3 minutes & pour over hot cake. Let sit 1 hour before removing from pan.
