Ingredients
1 (540 ml) can chick peas, drained and rinsed4 Tbsp. light sour cream2 Tbsp. lemon juice1 clove or about a 1 tsp. of minced garlic1/2 tsp. ground cumin1/2 tsp. ground coriander1 tsp. of dried parsley flakesOPTIONAL: salt to taste1 Tbsp. of tahini2-4 Tbsp. of water
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Add water only as needed to make it stir into a thick dip. Blend until smooth. Serve as dip with cut veggies or pita bread pieces. Makes about two cups of dip. Leftovers are also good as a sandwich spread.
