Kikkoman Chicken Stir Fry, 3 servings

Ingredients
15 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil3/4 cup scallions, cut @ 2-15" lengths1 cup of broccoli Florette's chopped1/2 red bell pepper, cut in slices1 cup of snow peas, whole3/4 cup of baby carrots, sliced1 cup of bean sprouts, wholetwo packets of Kikkoman stir fry mix dissolved in 4 tbsp of water
Directions
Makes 3 one cup servings

saute chicken in olive oil over medium heat until all pink is gone
add veggies and a bit of water to steam/cook veggies, do not over cook, you want the veggies to stay firm
add Kikkoman mix, stir in well, heat an additional 3 minutes
Serve over on next to fried rice
