ITALIAN CROCKPOT CHICKEN 4 CHKN BREASTS BONELESS AND SKINLESS2 CANS DICED ITALIAN STYLE TOMATOES 2 TBSP BALSAMIC VINEGAR 2 TBSP CRUSHED OR MINCED GARLIC 1 TSP ITALIAN SEASONING 1 LARGE CAN SLICED MUSHROOMS, WITH LIQUID 1 TSP DRIED BASIL OR 4 FRESH LEAVES, MINCED
Directions
put all ingredients in crockpot, cook all day on slow. Before serving, stir up to break up chicken if desired. serve over spaghetti or egg noodles. sauce is thick and chunky. sprinkle with parmesan. sooooo goood!

    Tried this last night and was pleasantly suprised. My husband said its a keeper only I need to make it spicy! I did add onions and more garlic and also replaced on of the cans of tomatoes with fire roasted tomatoes. We will make this again! - 8/31/10
