Prep: 55 min Cook: 40 min1 1/2 pounds ground chicken (browned in a skillet)1/2 cup shredded green cabbage1/3 cup chopped green onions (4 medium)1 teaspoon sesame oil1/4 teaspoon white pepper1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped (1/2 cup)1 egg white1 package (10 ounces) round wonton skins4 teaspoons soy sauceMakes 16 servings (3 pot stickers each)Tip: Purchased sweet-and-sour sauce or soy sauce is a convenient pot sticker match. Also prepackaged coleslaw mix works well in place of the shredded cabbage.
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients except wonton skins and soy sauce together in a medium sized bowl.

2. Brush each wonton skin with water. Place slightly less than 1 tablespoon chicken mixture on center of skin. Pinch 5 pleats along edge of half of circle. Fold circle in half over chicken mixture, pressing pleated edge to un-pleated edge. Repeat with remaining skins and chicken mixture.

3. Spray a metal vegetable steamer and place into a large pot. Pour in 3-4 cups of water. Turn stove on to medium heat. Put prepared potstickers into vegetable steamer and put into pot heat over medium heat. Cook 12 pot stickers at a time. Cover and cook 5-10 minutes. Uncover and cook about 1 minute longer or until liquid had evaporated.

Note: If you want them more browned, put them into a hot skillet sprayed with pam, and just cook them turning them over till they are browned to your liking.

Repeat with remaining pot stickers.
