Apple Raspberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup milk + 1 TBSP Vinegar1 egg1/2 cup pineapple juice1/4 cp honey1/3 cup olive oil2 1/2 cup W.W. flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp b. soda1 tsp salt1 cup chopped apples1 cup frozen raspberries
Directions
mix first 5 ingred.
seperately mix the dry ingred.
Mix all together and add apples and raspberries

scoop into paper filled muffin tins
Bake at 175 Celcius for about 20 minutes.
makes 15 muffins
