Streusel Cranberry Muffin Tops

Ingredients
2 tb milk (nonfat)2 tb craisins1 tb egg beaters1.5 tsp bisquick (heartsmart)1 tb splenda.5c bisquick (heartsmart)1 tb brown sugar sub
Directions
heat oven 400
mix brown sugar sub and bisquick, set aside (topping)

mix milk, egg beaters, craisins

stir in .5c bis and splenda till moist

fill muffin tin (or I used my muffin top pan), sprinkle with topping

bake till golden brown (about 13-15min)
