Egg and Veggie Breakfast Burrito

1 large egg1 whole wheat tortilla (I use Boston low carb)1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach1 TBSP chopped red onion1 TBSP chopped green pepper2 TBSP diced ham1 tsp Mrs Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning (more or less depending on taste)1TBSP reduced fat cheddar cheese1/2 TBSP taco sauce
Mix egg in bowl. Add chopped spinach, onion, green pepper, diced ham and seasoning. Mix well. Spray fry pan with a little pam, pour in egg mixture. Scramble until cooked through. Should only take a minute or two. Heat tortilla in microwave for 15 seconds, place cheese on tortilla, place egg mixture on top of cheese and top with taco sauce. Wrap up and eat.
