Ground beef, lean, 45 oz (about 3lbs)Onions, raw, .66 cup, chopped (2/3 a cup)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped *worstershire sauce, 4 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 3 cup, dry, yieldsGarlic, 3 tspKetchup(optional)
Makes 12-15 1/2 cup servings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray miffin tin with Non-stick spray.
in large bowl mix together all ingrediants except for the ketchup. Scoup 1/2 cup of mixture into each muffin tin.
put 1 tsp of ketchup on top of each scoop of meat. Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes or until meat is fully cooked.
