Balsamic Veggie Pasta Salad

Ingredients
16 oz Ronzoni whole wheat blend penne rigate1 yellow bell pepper chopped1 green bell pepper chopped1/2 of a large red onion chopped4 oz grape tomatoes quartered6 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheeseFor Vinaigrette1/3 cup olive oil3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar1/8 tsp dried basil1/8 tsp dried oregano1/8 tsp dried parsley1 tsp sugar1 Tbsp Grey Poupon dijon mustard
Directions
Prepare Pasta according to package directions then drain and rinse with cold water. Combine pasta with chopped veggies. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs, sugar, and dijon mustard with a wisk in a small bowl. Pour over pasta and veggies, add parmesan and stir to combine. Makes 12 - 1 cup servings.
