Ingredients:Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 5 cup *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 3 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Basil, 2 tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves
Directions
Cook pasta according to package
In meantime cut chicken into small cubes and sautee with garlic and basil
Add tomatoes to chicken mixture and heat untill simmering
Pour over drained pasta and serve
makes 6 / 2cup servings
