Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 can chick peas (about 1.75 cups)- 1 tin Sesame Seeds (2.12 oz)- 2 tablespoons lemon juice- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil- 1 clove garlic, chopped- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or less to taste)- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or less, to taste)
Directions
1. Add chick peas to blender, including juice. Add sesame seeds and chopped garlic ON TOP of chick peas (otherwise it gets tough to blend). Blend.
2. Add sun-dried tomatoes in oil, and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Blend. Continue adding lemon juice so it blends smoothly. (Usually stop at 2 tbsp lemon juice total, but sometimes it takes a little more in order to blend it.)
3. Blend until smooth. Add spices to taste.
4. ENJOY!
