Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1.5 lbs beef tips1 cup chopped onion14 oz. beef broth1 cup reduced fat sour cream
Directions
Cut meat into slices
Put all ingredients except sour cream in slow cooker cover and cook for 3.5 to 4 hours in crock pot on high or until meat is tender. Add sour cream and stir until blended. Continue to cook until just heated through. Makes 4 serving.
