Ingredients
Ingredients:Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Chia Seed, 1 tbsp Hemp Protein Powder, 1 tbsp Milk, Silk Soy Milk Organic, Vanilla, 1 cup Soya Butter, 1 tbsp Spinach, fresh, 3 cup
Directions
Stick the ingredients in the blender, add water to taste and just blend away. Makes about 4 cups. It's high calorie but I drink it bit by bit during the day while keeping it in the fridge. It replaces dessert. I add some Stevia to sweeten it. You can make a smaller batch.
