Crock Pot Buffalo Chili

16 ounces ground buffalo (bison)1 medium red onion1 can low sodium dark red kidney beans, with liquid1 can low sodium canned corn, drained2 cups low sodium chicken broth2 tablespoons minced garlic1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes1 tablespoon paprika1 tablespoon chili powder1 tablespoon garlic powder1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce2 tablespoons black pepper5 pieces sun-dried tomatoes, diced
Dice the onion and cook them in a pan on medium-high heat until very brown.
Add all ingredients to the crock pot. Let it cook, covered, on high heat for 2 hours, stirring every half hour. Lower heat to low and cook for another 2 hours, stirring every half hour.
Serve hot.
Yields approximately 7 one-cup servings.
