Protein "Salad"

Ingredients
1 small package Sugar Free Jello (Lime or lemon are good)1 1/2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I use BodyFortress)1 C. 1% Cottage Cheese1 C. Plain Fat Free Yogurt4 Stalks Celery--washed and chopped
Directions
Boil 1 C Water and pour over jello in glass bowl. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Add 1 Cup of Ice Cubes to jello and stir until slightly chilled. Add yogurt; Cottage Cheese; Protein and Celery. Stir well. Pour into (4) individual serviing dishes (about 1 C). Evenly sprinkle 2 tsp of chopped pecans over the top and chill until set.

If you want you could add 1 tbsp of Fat Free Cool Whip to each serving. (Not included in calories.)
