Oven Fried Ocean Perch

2 c crushed cornlakes1 tsp each lemon pepper, oldbay seasoning and garlic powder1tbsp dried parsley1 egg lightly beaten2 pounds ocean perch fillets( approx 8 fillets)
Mix crushed cornflakes and spices. Dip fish in egg then in cornflakes top of fish only. Bake at 350 on a baking pan that is generously sprayed with cooking spray....line the pan with foil for less mess. Cook for 20-25 min oruntil fish flakes easily.
