3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half(about 4 oz each portion)1 can no salt added diced tomatoes, rinsed and drained1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory herb & garlic1/3 cup water1 cup Part skim shredded mozzerella1 T grated parmesan
Place chicken in baking dish.
Spread tomatoes over chicken.
Mix together soup mix and water. Pour over chicken and tomatoes.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
Top with cheeses and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Great with just a side of salad or you can serve over whole grain pasta.
