spicy chicken fried rice & vegetables

Ingredients
1TBS sunflower oil1T garlic chopped1T Sesame seeds 1t Ginger Seasoning1t Lemon pepper seasoning1/2t cayenne pepper or a whole raw pepper seeds removed2 boneless skinless chicken thighs chopped (6oz.)1/2C onion chopped1 Carrot chopped1 stalk celery chopped1 green onion chopped1C cooked brown rice1/2C scrambled egg beaters1/2C mushrooms cooked3T soy sauce
Directions
To make it easy to put together cut up the vegtables and chicken ahead of time place in plastic bags and refrigerate.
Put the oil and five seasonings in the fry pan.
Add chicken, onion, green onion, carrot, and celery.
Saute on medium heat till the chicken is cooked.
Add the brown rice, egg, mushrooms & soy sauce.
Stir and cook till hot.
Makes two servings
