Dad's Thanksgiving Stuffing

Ingredients
1 large onion, diced2 cups celery, diced3/4 cup butter, salted4 tsp poultry seasoning1 tsp dried savory1 tsp marjoram1 tsp pepper.5 tsp salt1 tsp paprika1 loaf of white bread made slightly stale and cut into cubes3 eggs
Directions
Place vegetables, butter and spices into a large skillet and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until vegetables are tender.

(if desired, add 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms to vegetables, be sure to account for them in nutritional values)

Remove from heat.

Place bread (cut into cubes) in a large bowl and add vegetable mixture.

Break eggs into a small seperate bowl and beat until the yolks are broken.

Add eggs to bread cubes and vegetable mixture and stir to combine. The bread should be slightly moist.

Either stuff a turkey (or chicken!) with bread mixture or bake in a covered casserole dish for 30-45 minutes at 325 F.
