Hash brown potatoesChicken stock (I use not-chicken stock, as I am vegetarian, but used the regular to calculate calories)2 packages Pioneer peppered gravy mix2% cheese, shredded8 slices veggie bacon (you can sub regular)
Heat potatoes and broth until hot. Add gravy mix and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 25 minutes. Top with cheese and bacon.
