Ingredients
1/2 C Egg beaters3/4 C fat free cottage cheese2 TBL flourvanilla, butter, or flavored extract of your choice, 1/4 tspcinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, spices of your choice- 1/4 tsp2 Splenda packets
Directions
Blend together, leaving a few "chunks" of cottage cheese.
Cook in hot griddle until set.
