Top Sirloin Pot Roast

18 oz Top Sirloin Steak20 Baby Carrots (whole)9 Redskin Potatoes (chopped)1 large onion (chopped)4 cloves garlic (cut in quarters)1 tbsp garlic salt1 tbsp worcestershire sauce1 tsp thyme (fresh or dried)3 cup watersalt & pepper to taste
1. Brown steak on both sides in skillet.
2. Combine water, garlic salt, thyme, worcestershire sauce and browned steak in crock pot. Set Crockpot to high and cook for 1.5 hours.
3. After 1.5 hours add potatoes, carrot, onion, garlic cloves to the crock pot and cook for another 3 hours or until meat and veggies are tender.
