Easy, Healthy Chili: Beef, Turkey, and Veggies

Ingredients
Equal portions lean ground turkey and lean ground beef (i.e. 1 lb each)Red pepperGreen pepperOnion (red or white)Garlic, choppedRed kidney beans1 can tomato paste1 can diced tomatoesEnough water to cover all ingredients.Spices, like chili powder, to taste.
Directions
Cook meat. Add beans, add all other ingredients. Add enough water to be level with the ingredients. Simmer until all water is absorbed and veggies are soft.

**Each "serving" is one ounce of the chili.
