Easy Loaded Vegetable Quesadilla

Ingredients
2 Corn Tortillas, 1/4 of an Avocado (sliced)1 Large Mushroom.25 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese BlendFresh Cilantro, 1 tbsChili powder, 1 tsp Garlic Salt, 1 tsp
Directions
-Slice mushrooms and avocado
-In a small bowl, mix cheese, chili powder, garlic salt, and cilantro
-Place cheese mix on one of the tortillas
-Place mushrooms and avocado on top of cheese mix
-Place other tortilla on top, and spray with olive oil cooking spray
-Place in coated skilled with cooking spray side down
-Spray cooking spray on other side
-Cook on medium heat on one side for five minutes, and other side for five minutes - or until cheese is melted and tortillas are brown and crispy
