Athenos Roasted Garlic Hummus, 2 tbsp Nature's Own Light Honey Wheat Bread, 2 slices, 1 servingPepper, black, .18 tsp Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 leaf Carl Budding Lunch Meat, 1 pack, 1 serving Cucumber (with peel), .25 cup slices Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup
1.Spread hummus on one side of each bread slice. Lightly sprinkle with pepper. Place lettuce leaf, turkey breast, cucumber and pepper on top of one slice. Top with remaining bread, hummus side down. Cut in half.
