Shredded Apple Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 Cup Quick Oats1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour3 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp. Cinnamon1 Large Egg1/2 Cup 2% Milk (calories based on 2%) any milk is fine.Water 3/4 cup1 Tsp Vanilla
Directions
Mix dry ingred. in a bowl. Shred apple with a cheese shredder. Add wet and dry ingred. Add apples. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken. Make sure skillet is hot. Spray non stick spray. Don't turn to early make sure they are browned well before turning.
Makes 6 pancakes
